One Lakeside is a mixed-use mid-rise commercial development project located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. One Lakeside was conceived to optimize its unique location in one of the most popular resort communities in the U.S and connect with residents and businesses wishing to live and work near the city center.

RANGE was asked to create an identity and integrated marketing program that reflected the modern design of One Lakeside's architecture. The result was a clean and distinctive look that was deployed across project signage, consumer website, marketing center and advertising.
